i feel sorry for eight belles,that filly who died in the derby. They really shouldn't race horses that young, but it's not right of peta eaither to condem the jockey. it's the industry at fault, and it's about time the industry got some new regulations...for anyone who cares, the statstics are about one death a day on track in the u.s. In fact,babaro's trainer has another horse, chelokee who has a 50/50 chance of survival due to a breakdown injury a few days ago. again,he's trying to save his horse. defiantly needs to be changes in the sport.
